Anniston Star - Thanks to Anniston firefighters

I want to commend the Anniston Fire Department on the great job it did in hosting the Breast Cancer Awareness Day. It was really special to get to sign the pink fire truck, Cindy, and meet the people from the Guardians of the Ribbon. All the activities made it a fun day for families.

Thank you for honoring survivors and remembering those who fought a good fight. The shirts look great and the money will go to such a good cause in looking for a cure. Special personal thanks to Assistant Chief Jeff Brooks.

Thank you to all firemen for risking their lives and dedication to helping people not only in situations where there are fires, but in all you do for the local community.
