• Perry Michael Andrews, 55, of Jacksonville: failure to appear in court for first-degree burglary.

• James Rex Bentley, 41, of Jacksonville: attempted unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance.

The following felony arrests were reported by the Jacksonville Police Department during the seven-day period ending at 7 a.m. Thursday.
