If you have been following the reporting in The Star of the school board meetings, you will see a trend of leadership and vision from Arthur. Rather than continue to delay much-needed decisions by the board, he is a man of action who is willing to make the tough decisions once the research and discussions have been completed.
The business community of Calhoun County has a vested interest in the success of the Anniston School System students. As students graduate, they become the pool from which local businesses and industry obtain their workforce. These students need to have the tools to be successful as they venture through their careers.
