Oxford’s current mayor has done extremely well for our city, so just think how much more someone as passionate and energetic as Humphries could do. During the recent candidate forum at the Bynum Community Center, there was no question in my mind who was the most passionate about the office of mayor. Humphries was so passionate and positive that she can make a difference while the current mayor seemed to read his speech.
He has done so well, but he seems to have lost the enthusiasm that Humphries displays. I believe Cristy Humphries displays all the qualities to make Oxford even better and has the experience and will to bring better jobs here for our children.
