Seems reasonable to me, however, not to our two senators, Richard Shelby and Jeff Sessions. Both voted to continue the practice of hiding behind the special-interest monies that infect our politics and policies today.
It is like the Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney not wanting to disclose his past tax returns — and unlike his father, George Romney, who started the practice back when he was running for president in 1968.
Our politics, both Democrat and Republican, are infected by special-interest groups, companies and corporate interests that buy our elections for their own interests and greed.
