The city of Anniston has been failed by its leaders. For the past several years, it’s seemed as though a dark cloud has hovered over this beautiful city. It’s a cloud that has denied the wonderful residents of this proud community what they deserve.

Seyram Selase is a candidate for the Ward 3 City Council seat; he is without a doubt what this city needs. Seyram has a fresh, new vision that I know he will use to bring out the change Anniston needs. He’s loyal, compassionate, honest, wholesome and full of integrity. He has the heart and determination of a true champion.

The visions he has for Anniston residents will allow them to thrive and flourish to their maximum potential. From his advocacy of the city’s educational system to his support of bringing flourishing business opportunities to Anniston, Anniston needs him.

I’m saying all of this not just as his friend but as a supporter. Seyram Selase is a champion — and a hero.
