Where does the money go?

If gambling in Alabama is so illegal, shouldn’t it be illegal to allow billboards advertising gambling in Mississippi or other states? Is it because Mississippi and other states pay Alabama’s snake-in-the-grass politicians to not allow it?

Look at all of the money being spent in other states when it could help this state tremendously. But, I guess “our” representatives know better than we do about what is best for this state. Also, when the state makes budget cuts, why is education the very first? Why not other budgets?
