The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Shelby Everly of Central City, Ky., and the late Rev. Ted Everly; Marvin and Pat Plummer, of Madisonville, Ky.
Ms. Everly is a graduate of Alexandria High School. She is employed by Walmart of Anniston.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Lonie and Florence Dix, Waffern Moody Sr., and Betty Moody, all of Ohatchee.
Mr. Dix is a graduate of Alexandria High School. He is employed by Brannon Recycling Company.
The wedding will be 2 p.m. June 16, 2012, at The Church on the Rock in Anniston.
