Sparks 60th anniversary

Harold and Bobbie Sparks of Oxford celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary May 21, 2012, with their children.

Children and spouses included Jeff and Jenny Sparks, Stan and Cynthia Sparks, Tim and Janet Sparks, all of Oxford, and Steve Sparks of Norfolk, Va.

The couple was married May 21, 1952, in Lincoln.

Groomsmen were Jacob Hatfield and Zachary Hatfield.

The best man was Courtney Barbie.

After a trip to Savannah, Ga., the couple resides in Oxford.
