Daniel Mote
Daniel Mote, son of Charles and Maria Mote and grandson of John and Mary Mote of Wedowee and the late Charter and Myra Fuller.
Mote was valedictorian and was chosen Mr. R.C.H.S., Student Council president, Boys State representative, Prom King, received the SUSCC Scholar's Bowl Highest Individual Score, SUSCC Language Arts Tournament; third place British Literature Competition, was a member of the T.R.U.T.H. Club, Key Club, Beta Club, Scholar's Bowl, F.F.A., Entertainers of Tomorrow and played football.
He plans to attend Auburn University on a Spirit of Auburn Founders Scholarship, Auburn University Board of Trustees Scholarship and Lee and Diane Drake Annual Scholarship.
