It has happened again recently with a 12-year-old student in Minnesota who posted her dissatisfaction with a school system. In the end, she was pressured into providing not only her Facebook account password, but also her email password.
Alabama school administrators may not like to hear negative words about their schools or their employees, but the bottom line is U.S. law has already been established in that regard. Whether you agree with the law or not, the law is the law and, as such, must be adhered to.
