Oxford Civic Center to host Elks Hoop Shoot free-throw contest

Elks Hoop Shoot free-throw contest is to have registration 1-1:45 p.m. and the contest at 2 p.m., Jan. 29 at the Oxford Civic Center. The event is open to all boys and girls ages 8-13 and is sponsored by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
