Bridgette Hulsey, a 2009 graduate of Piedmont High School, was chosen Miss Alabama Agriculture 2011 and also Miss Congeniality at the Miss Alabama Agriculture 2011 pageant held in July. The event was sponsored by the Clanton Evening Lions Club. Hulsey attends Jacksonville State University and majors in social work. She is a member of Alfa Young Farmers. Her goal as Miss Alabama Agriculture is to educate the non-farming families of our state about agriculture and its importance, and to support and praise our farmers for their hard work.
