The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sarah Bennett of Anniston and the late George Bennett and the late Mary Price, formerly of Anniston.
Miss Price is a graduate of Weaver High School and Gadsden State Community College. She attends Jacksonville State University.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Andrew Scott and Rosemary Trahan, formerly of Houma, La., and the late Tanzle and Carrie Barnes, formerly of Early Branch, S.C.
Mr. Barnes is a graduate of Ellender Memorial High School. He is employed by Marathon Electrical Contractors.
The wedding will be 7:30 p.m. June 11, 2011, at Mathews Manor in Springville.
