Kristen Hannah Cochran and Taylor Jackson Woodrow were married Jan. 8, 2011, at First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville. The Rev. Ted Anderson performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Judy Anderson, piano; Jan Rhodes, organ, and Elizabeth Fowler, solo and guitar.

Parents of the bride are Jody and Tammy Cochran of Rome, Ga.

Parents of the groom are Randy and Ann Woodrow of Jacksonville.

Grandparents of the bride are Allen and Dale Cochran of Rome, Ga., and Charles and Darlene Young of Cedar Bluff and the late Glenda Young. Great-grandmother is Ruby McDaniel of Rome, Ga.

Grandparents of the groom are the late Ralph and Miriam Higginbotham, formerly of Jacksonville, and the late Herbert and Rosabelle Woodrow, formerly of Anniston.

Bridesmaids were Emily Adcock, Amanda Maye, sisters of the groom; Kendall Cochran, Mackenzie Cochran, cousins of the bride; Elizabeth Snapp, Claudia Cauthen and Lindsey Bray.

The matron of honor was Heather Burnett, sister of the bride.

The maid of honor was Tori Cochran, sister of the bride.

The flower girls were Andie Woodrow and Alex Woodrow, cousins of the groom.

Groomsmen were Scott Bodine, Charlie Coburn, Dennis Rash, Jake Thompson, John Ketterer, J.B. Pearce and Kenneth Vandervoort.

The best man was Douglas C. Woodrow.

The ring bearer was Braydon Maye, nephew of the groom.

The reception was at Hampton Inn in Jacksonville.

The bride wore a draped taffeta trumpet dress with button back and sweep train with a black ribbon tied around the waist. She carried a bouquet of red roses tied with a white ribbon.
