A “Recycle for a Cure” event, sponsored by team: Hopeful for Healing, is on-going. The dropoff location for cans to be recycled is the Medical Arts Building, 230 E. 10th St., Suite 206, across from Regional Medical Center. All proceeds are to benefit the American Cancer Society. Call 256-238-8109 or 256-343-5600 for drop off times to schedule a pick up.
