The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late John M. and Ruth Campbell, formerly of Heflin, and Charley and Betty Jean Herren of Ranburne.
Miss Herren is a graduate of Ranburne High School and the Lurleen B. Wallace School of Nursing at JSU. She is employed by Cleburne County Middle School.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Fred and Alline Bragg, formerly of Heflin, and Mr. Olen Whitley of Ranburne and the late Billye Whitman.
Mr. Whitley is a graduate of Ranburne High School, Southern Union and attended Troy University. He is employed by the New York Yankee Baseball Organization.
The wedding will be 4:30 p.m. CST, Dec. 11, 2010, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Ranburne.
