Editor, The Daily Home:

Thank you Talladega residents for opening your homes to us during the annual April in Talladega Pilgrimage. Thank you hostesses for sharing with us the history of the houses and their contents.

Thank you Sidney Thompson for inviting us to see your historic church, which wasn’t on the tour this year, and for serving us homemade refreshments.

A special thanks to the Good Samaritans who stopped and changed a flat tire for us.

Talladega, you are the pinnacle of Southern charm and hospitality.

We’ll see you again next year.
