Navy Seaman Rein Ulrich, son of Diane and Kenneth W. Ulrich of Oxford, assigned to Virginia-class attack submarine USS New Hampshire (SSN 778) returned Sept. 27 to Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Conn., following a six-month deployment. He is a 2009 graduate of Oxford High School and joined the Navy in July 2009.
