The Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind Helen Keller School in Talladega recently held its ‘That’s What Makes You Beautiful’ pageant at the Terry Graham Student Center. Nikki Grace Yates, 6, of White Plains won the title of Little Miss HKS 2013 and Tykeria Smoot, 17, of Talladega, won the title of Miss HKS 2013.
