Boy Scout Troop 4009 paused under the Broad Street Bridge in Gadsden during its 52 miles of canoeing the Coosa River this past summer. Troop members included left to right, Gary Milner, Amy Mitchell, Beau Conley, Ray Lockridge, Brent Mitchell, Ben Schmitt, Dylan Clark, Gregory Heathcock, Avery Smith, Gregory Jones, Ted Heathcock, Dylan Pilgreen, Adam Lockridge, Will Milner, Morgan Easterwood, Tyler Mitchell, Tristan Burdick and Zach Mattson.
