Sheriff’s deputies arrested a bail bondsman who they say impersonated a police officer Wednesday night.

Gregory Garner, 32, is accused of using white strobe flashing lights in his champagne-colored Ford Crown Victoria to stop a 20-year-old woman on Highway 140 in Coker.
