Toomer's Oaks poisoning: Updyke to appear before court in April
A Lee County district judge has set a preliminary hearing date in April for the Dadeville man accused of poisoning the Toomer’s Corner oaks sometime after the 2010 Iron Bowl.
Harvey A. Updyke Jr. is scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on April 20 before District Court Judge Russell K. Bush, according to the Lee County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office.
