Russellville man accused of 'sexting' 11-year-old on MileyWorld.com
A city man is in custody accused of using the Internet and a cell phone to make sexual advances toward an 11-year-old girl in West Virginia.
Gary Ethan Mann, 43, 1211 Hayes Ave., Russellville, is charged with solicitation of a child by computer, Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett said.
