Murder suspect denied youthful offender status for inablity to pass drug test

The Press-Register reports that three males accused of a murder were denied youthful offender status after all three admitted that they would not be able to pass a drug test.

Joseph Torres, 16; Johiterio Catlin, 16; and Antonio Dewayne Hall, 20; have been charged with murder in the April 25, 2009, slaying of Benjamin Henry.

Henry, 43, was found in his car with a gunshot wound to the chest on Colbert Street in the Alabama Village community. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
