Man convicted on sex-related charges in Etowah County

An Etowah County jury on Monday found a man guilty on several sex-related crimes dating back to 2005.

William C. Hammond, 40, was convicted on charges of first-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, first-degree sex abuse, second-degree sex abuse and second-degree rape.
