Chelsea man charged with attempted murder in incident near schools
Authorities today charged a 30-year-old Chelsea man with attempted murder and other crimes after an incident near two Chelsea schools.
A domestic argument turned into an all-out manhunt this morning after the fleeing suspect struggled with a deputy and took his gun.
