The Tuscaloosa News is reporting that grass cutting crews found a body yesterday under the I-20/59 overpass.

Evidence suggests that the man was a transient, Baker said. Investigators believe a duffel bag and gun found near the body belonged to him, Baker said.

The man's body was badly decomposed and likely had been under the overpass near mile marker 66 and the Joe Mallisham Parkway exit for several weeks.
