Birmingham man found dead next to ladder in neighbor's yard
A Birmingham man died Sunday after possibly falling from a ladder while doing tree work for a neighbor.
Jerrell Hill, 62, was found unresponsive next to his ladder in his neighbor's yard just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
