The Birmingham News reports on Artur Davis' campaign stop in Hoover this morning.

Alabama Democratic gubernatorial candidate and U.S. Rep. Artur Davis started the week this morning at the Piggly Wiggly in Homewood touting his support for removing the state sales tax on food. 

Calling it "one of the most unfair aspects of state government, the congressman said Alabama is one of only two states that applies the full brunt of sales taxes to food and medicine.
