Andalusia man arrested on sex abuse charges
Nolan Temis Martin, 59, was charged with one count of sexual abuse of a child under 12 and first-degree sodomy.
Covington County Sheriff’s deputies were alerted to Martin’s alleged behavior after a woman claiming to be his girlfriend reported it to the Opp Police Department, stating she “had seen her boyfriend molesting a young female,” Investigator Greg Jackson said.
