Is it me or has the sate of Alabama and the entire US Nation gone "stupid crazy"?  I don't mean that to be taken harshly. I'm just pointing out that when people get together to debate on topics concerning the state or the nation two things that ultimately go hand in hand but are never put together in one sentence get thrown in the mix all at once.... POLITICS AND RELIGION;Hence people start acting "stupid crazy".

Somewhere along the road that got us where we are today we lost our willingness to fight for what we believe, to stand up for ourselves, our children and those who needed a little help standing up on their own.

Somewhere along this road we forgot the simplicity of life and that if you stop and think there is logic behind the madness of our government both local, state and federal.

Somewhere along this road we learned to cower in our own self pitty and act as if we are robots doing any and everything that someone, who litterally is no diferent than yourself, tells you to do.

I don't remember signing a document for the state of alabama to request my bank statement because I need a little help.  I don't remember signing anythikng that says the government had the right to speak or make decisions on my behalf..such as insurance or the feedom of speech or lack there of.

When did college graduates become over qualified for a job and when did the poor and under privilaged start getting the brunt of the beating from their fellow man and their government.

I'm sorry if this is a little "halmarkish" (yes, another infamous Kristina word) but think about when you were a kid and someone you knew or your family knew fell on hard times...what happened? When the government started making poor decisions and dictations of your life what happened? 

This nation would do good to research places like Europe and states like Florida, Georiga, Mississippi, And Tenneessee. Look at their crime and drug rates, look at their teenage pregnancy rates, look at the high school drop outs, look at taxes, revenues and ask yourself.....why are they doing better than we are?  Sometimes the simplest answers are so easy to find...people just make things more complicated than neccessary.
