The Ward 4 candidates all said they would keep in touch with their constituents if elected, albeit by various means. There were about 200 constituents at the forum; the candidates were in touch with them all.
However, they were not provided a chance to question the candidates because of a lack of time. What is more important than hearing from your constituents firsthand? The time was spent rehashing what we read about previously in The Star. Good idea — the forum that is, but bad execution.
