Tornadoes had come close before, but had lost momentum. This time, my son and his family were in the path and were trapped in their mobile home as four trees fell on the home. We thanked God for sparing their lives. Material items are replaceable, but the lives of your children and grandchildren are not. Too many families were lost on this day.
Recovery is ongoing and will continue for a long time.
We give our eternal thanks and prayers to all the responders. We especially want to recognize the Ohatchee School faculty and students who gave so much help to my family. All of you are truly angels of mercy.
