The American Legion Kelley Steadham Post 312 celebrated Memorial Day with a special program to remember the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. The master of ceremony was Larry Smith, post adjutant. The speaker was Legionnaire Gloria Prince, Anniston Army Depot. Music was provided by Tiffany Ferrell, followed by a special ceremony honoring those still Missing in Action (MIA) and Killed in Action (KIA).

Commander Joseph Wayne Baker provided closing remarks. A meal was provided after the program. Post Chaplain Eddie Johnson provided the benediction and blessing of the food.

Attendees at the event included Margaret Smith, Congressman Mike D. Rogers’ office, divisional and district American Legion officers and members from Post 155 and other surrounding posts.
