More Richard Scrushy family possessions are set for the auction block today in New York, where Sotheby's is scheduled to sell gems once owned by Leslie Scrushy that are appraised at $1.3 million.
It's all part of the ongoing attempt by Birmingham-based HealthSouth Corp. to seize the former chief executive's assets and sell them to raise cash to go against the $2.8 billion civil judgment he was ordered to pay.
