Prattville man convicted of murder sees bid for new trial denied
An Autauga County judge Wednesday denied a motion for a new trial for a man convicted of murder in the 2008 shooting death of a Prattville man.
Circuit Court Judge John Bush filed his order about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, following a hearing that lasted about two hours.
