We’ve been hearing very good things about Jasmine in Oxford, the new restaurant that replaced Pacific Spice. Jasmine specializes in fresher, lighter, healthier takes on classic Chinese and Thai foods. … The Red Pepper Grill, a Tex-Mex restaurant, has taken over the space at Quintard Mall formerly occupied by the Matterhorn Grill.
