He cares about Anniston and its residents and knows what is needed to make it a viable city again. John has a plan. He has the education, intelligence and experience for the job. John is not old-Anniston heritage or money, which is what Anniston needs — someone who is and understands the common man and wants Anniston to move forward.
John has spent his own money on this mayoral campaign and is not indebted to anyone for decisions he makes. My late husband, William, and I have been acquainted with John as fellow church members of St. Michael and All Angels, as legal counsel, as a professor and as a friend.
