Nearly 400 arrested in Birmingham's Operation Close-Out
A Birmingham Police Department special operation led to nearly 400 arrests in November and December, authorities said today.
Operation Close-Out targeted property crimes in specific neighborhoods throughout the city beginning Nov. 1 and ending Dec. 30.
