Pamela Frances Murray and Staff Sgt. Michael Baxter were married June 30, 2012, at Castle McCullough in Greensboro, N.C. The Rev. Gerald Donnelly performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Julie Money, harpist and Samantha Black, vocalist.

Parents of the bride are Charlene and Robert Hall of Houston, Pa.

Parents of the groom are Sherry and Tony Baxter of Alexandria.

Grandparents of the bride are Frances and the late Charles Toth of Canonsburg, Pa.

Grandparents of the groom are Bernice and Gary Baxter of Ashville; Barbara and Charles Trull of Oxford; Carolyn and Mickey Moore of Century, Fla.; and the late Ralph Baxter of Anniston.

Bridesmaids were Samantha Black of Lawrence, Pa.; Tami Anderson of Hubert, N.C.; and Renea Conti of Clarksville, Pa.

Matron of honor was sister of the bride, Christine English of Houston, Pa.

Flower girls were niece of the bride, Sydney English of Houston, Pa., and Caydence Anderson of Hubert, N.C.

Groomsmen were 1st Sgt. Chris Hambaugh of Emerald Isle, N.C.; Gunnery Sgt. David Anderson of Stafford, Va.; and Sgt. Andrew Hindsman of Jacksonville, N.C.

The best man was Tony Baxter, father of the groom.

After a trip to Ladera and Cap Maison, St. Lucia the couple resides in Hubert, N.C.

The bride wore an ivory Saison Blanche lace gown with a sensual fit and flare. The dress was encrusted with hand beading through-out and accented at the natural waist with a hand beaded ribbon belt. A chapel length train finished the look. She wore a finger-tip length veil accented with lace.

The bride carried a bouquet of ivory rosebuds with subtle pink accents. Three silver charms – a cross, a picture of her grandparents on their wedding day, and a picture of the groom’s sister, the late Meghan Baxter, were incorporated in the bouquet.

The couple exited the wedding under the Arch of Swords in a traditional USMC Sword Ceremony presented by Gunnery Sgt. Patrick Hart of Hubert, N.C.; Staff Sgt. Joshua Twomey of Jacksonville, N.C.; Staff Sgt. Jeff Anderson of Hubert, N.C.; Staff Sgt. Robert Swearingen of Snead’s Ferry, N.C.; Sgt. Josh Collins of Snead’s Ferry, N.C.; and Sgt. Josh Cox of Jacksonville, N.C.

Receptions followed the ceremony at the Crystal Ballroom at Castle McCullough in Greensboro, N.C., and at Classic on Noble in Anniston.
