Montgomery man charged in shooting of 3-year-old
The Montgomery Advertiser reports on a man charged with attempted murder from a shooting on Sunday of a 3-year-old boy.
Police arrested Carlos Jones, 27, of 755 Golden Gate Drive on Tuesday and expect there to be more arrests in the case. Jones is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility on $300,000 bond.
The 3-year-old was shot in the head and remained in critical but stable condittion Wednesday.
