Mobile County Commissioner involved in marijuana case
While Gulf Shores police continued to sort out the shooting death of Angel Downs, the lawyer for the only named "person of interest" in the case, Mobile County Commissioner Stephen Nodine, was representing his client on a completely different matter Thursday.
The special prosecutor investigating Nodine on drug allegations appeared in court with Nodine's attorney, Matt Green.
