Men in court on lewdness, indecency charges barred from Gadsden parks
The men in court Thursday on charges of public lewdness and indecent exposure have been banned from all city parks, and those found guilty of indecent exposure are required to register as sex offenders.
One of the men arrested during a recent undercover sting operation by the Gadsden Police Department's Special Projects Team at Gadsden's Moragne Park and other park properties appeared before the judge on Tuesday.
