Man indicted for a Talladega County murder from 2009
A Childersburg man has been indicted by a Talladega County grand jury for the July 2009 murder of a woman he was in a relationship with.
Cedrick Lamar Keith, 35, was arraigned on the murder charge Wednesday by Circuit Judge Bo Hollingsworth, according to Assistant District Attorney Christina Kilgore. He is charged with shooting Magdalene Marbury, 26, in the head with a .38 caliber handgun.
