Ladiga Trail a great resource

Re “50 ways to un-bore your kids this summer” (Life section. May 27):

I was disappointed and shocked that The Star did not include the Chief Ladiga Trail in the article about things for your kids to do this summer.

The Ladiga is a beautiful, mostly flat trail. If you start at Piedmont, it follows Terrapin Creek, crossing it four times. We see kids as young as 7 riding 15 miles on the trail. It is one of the best things to happen to this area.
