The three major gaming equipment companies have reached an agreement with Attorney General Luther Strange to pull their electronic bingo machines out of the state -- a move Strange said he hopes signifies the end of the bingo controversy that has engulfed Alabama for the past several years.
The agreement, which does not apply to the three Creek Indian casinos in the state, is a blow to dormant casinos and those that want to resume electronic bingo.
