Adam Scott Williams, grandson of Dr. J. Fred and Doris Williams of the Williams community, was recently awarded the rank of Eagle Scout in a Court of Honor ceremony at St. Pius X Church and grade school in Louisville, Ky. He is the son of Gregory Scott and Debbie Williams of Louisville. Maternal grandparents are Tom Adams of Knoxville, Tenn., and Barbara Adams of Louisville, Ky.

Adam’s Eagle project involved building a number of picnic tables to add to the ones his brother designed and built for his Eagle Scout project for St. Pius. Both brothers attended grade school and church at St. Pius.

His brother Sean, 24, a graduate of the University of Louisville and now a real estate broker, received his Eagle rank in 2006 when he was a senior at St. Xavier Catholic male high school. Adam is now a senior at St. ‘X’. The both also attained membership in the National Honor Society.
