Ruby Butler Riffle, who turned 100 years old in March, recently voted in the municipal election. She is a resident at NHC Place. Her daughter, Phoebe Harris, took her to the polls and later out to eat. Riffle has lived in Anniston since 1941, was head women’s wear buyer at Kitchen’s Department Store for 25 years and is an active member of First Baptist Church at McClellan.
