Leadership Cleburne County and youth Leadership Cleburne County April 11 visited state legislators during a trip to Montgomery as part of Government/Legislative Day. In addition to meeting with Senator Gerald Dial, Representative Richard Lindsey, and Representative Richard Laird, they heard from Sonny Brasfield (Association of County Commissioners) and Jon Barganier (Office of Governor Robert Bentley.)

The students were recognized by the Lt. Governor as they visited the Senate gallery. Alabama Supreme Court Justice James Allen Main spoke to the group during a tour of the Alabama Supreme Court and State Law Library.
